At SinoraShip , we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience, including flexible delivery options to suit your needs.

All available delivery options and prices will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and postcode.
Some delivery options may not be available in certain areas.*

We offer multiple delivery methods to ensure your order reaches you efficiently:

Samples are sent via Royal Mail or Courier Service.
One free sample per product per customer/household is allowed.
Placing multiple sample orders using different names/addresses (e.g., friends or neighbors) to bypass this limit is not allowed. Such orders will be canceled and refunded.
Additional delivery charges may apply if ordering other products with samples.
In certain areas, free sample delivery is limited to 2kg total weight. Orders exceeding this weight may incur additional charges.

Orders up to 25kg will be securely packed and shipped via a courier service.
A delivery date must be selected at checkout.

Orders over 25kg will be packed and shipped either via a boxed courier service or pallet delivery.
Large or heavy items will be offloaded using a pallet truck. Please ensure you have made arrangements for placement and storage upon delivery.

Deliveries take place Monday–Friday (excluding weekends).
To be eligible for some services, orders must be placed before 1 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Some postcodes may incur additional delivery charges.
